Affinity Day Spa has done everything it can to make your time with us
relaxing and stress free. Here are a few tips to help you prepare for
your Affinity experience.
Parking
Parking is
available in Station street for a 2 or 4 hour period. If you are booked
in for a day we suggest you use the car park where 4 hour parking is available
at the junction of Station Street and Railway Street.
Dress
Disposable
underwear will be provided for some treatments. An Affinity robe will
be provided where appropriate and during treatments towels are used to
ensure privacy.
Please remember to bring open toed shoes when arriving for a pedicure.
Safety
All the equipment
we use for treatments is sanitised and sterilised for the safety of our
clients.
Affinity Day Spa is a smoke free environment.
Security
We provide
individual lockers for our client's personal belongings and whilst we
endeavour to look after them it is advisable to leave expensive items
at home as we take no responsibility for loss or damage.
Timing
It is very
helpful if you could arrive on time for your treatments so we may avoid
complications with the clients following. Package times are approximate.
Payment
We accept
Visa MasterCard, BankCard, EFTPOS and personal cheques with proper identification.
Cancellation
Appointments
for 2hours or more duration will be held by a credit card or gift certificate
only.
A failure to attend may result in your credit card being charged. If canceling or rescheduling your appointment we require at least 24hours notice.
Gift
Vouchers
Gift vouchers
are available for all treatments or to any value. We will be delighted
to take your details and credit card payments over the phone, the gift
voucher can be mailed direct to the recipient.

Day
Packages
Affinity has
provided fully equipped facilities so that your comfort is assured during
your day. Please do not bring anything when coming in for a package unless
otherwise stated.
