Terms & Conditions of Gift Voucher Sale

• A Gift Voucher is a valuable document. It should be kept in a safe place. If lost it cannot be replaced.
  
  
• The voucher is fully transferable.
  
  
• The voucher must be redeemed by the due date.
  
  
• The voucher will be deemed void if either notice of cancellation for a package is not received within 24 hours, or the holder of the voucher defaults on attendance for the appointment.
  
  
• Gift vouchers may not be redeemed for cash.
  
  
• The voucher is non-refundable after fourteen (14) days from the purchase date. The voucher will be refunded within 14 days only by the same method by which it was purchased.
  
  
• The voucher may be redeemed any day of the week
  
  
• Gift vouchers may be redeemed in products, rather than services, or a mix thereof.
  
  
• Extra services requested above the value of the voucher will be charged at normal rates.
